Electrical Help with Boat

The boat starts fine and my GPS which is not hooked up to my panel works. Nothing else (lights, aerator, bilge pump, horn, etc>) work. Is this an easy fix? If so what do I do? I do not have a circuit panel.

Piggy backing on this, my trolling motor and depth finder went out at the same time. It appears they are on the same battery and it’s charged.
Switch or fuse? Bad wiring?

Both of you have either a fuse or bad connection somewhere. I always naturally check my ground first then start chasing hot feeds.

For OP - There should be a fuse somewhere between your battery and panel distribution.
For other poster, check leads from trolling motor where the connect to battery. Probably a small silver box on the terminal. This is a breaker with a little black tab on the side. Push the tab in and see if it resets.

this is your answer ^^^^^^
also the most common issues with boats is people forget to check all electrical plugs and connections each year and add a light smear of grease to the metal contacts of all push together connections and spray a little wd40 on any signs of corrosion on screw together connections

Sometimes there's a circuit breaker. It's a little black thing with a lever you rotate.

Same thing happened to me, small circuit breaker above was the issue. Replaced and bought 2 spares for the tool box.

Thanks I’ll look for it. I still haven’t found my fuses yet, I believe they are buried under the console. I did double check all the battery connects, thank you sir.

If you find that you have those little silver breakers like what is shown above the best thing to do is to discard them and look at Blue Sea Systems line up and find a compatible replacement. Those little silver breakers are not sealed very well they will corrode and go out all the time.
I see that they are even making that style now. I guarantee that using theirs with a little dielectric grease will go a long way.

as mentioned above, both of your problems are likely a fuse or circuit breaker issue.

Most wiring harnesses within the trailer have plugs; I'm betting one of the plugs came unplugged

Look on the battery side, should be within ~8 inches of the positive terminal.

Most TMs have an inline fuse near either end, mine is closer to the front. Check the plug connections also if you have one.

So I am the OP; I do not have the trolling motor. Where would this fuse (if it is only one be located)?

Within a foot of the positive battery terminal on your main power line.

Thanks Redlos I will see if I can find it.

Fuse panel could be under your console or in one of your rod boxes, depending on what type of boat you have.

Thanks. Looked at picture and replaced circuit by battery. Back in action.

Bump!
I wasn’t so lucky, I replaced the circuit breaker and it won’t kick back on (trolling motor and depth finder).
