i've been reading on Louisiana sportsman and it seems that people are doing decent on the specs. reds can be caught in shallow water just have to know where.
everyone's been catching on the matrix shads btw

Negative. Ran all over the place without any luck. Threw just about every bait and presentation possible but couldn't get em going.

We couldn't get a bite anywhere and ended up catching and releasing about about 12 bull reds and drum.
