These are at the camp. I had one at home once and damn near got a divorce, so I'd rather not fight about it. I do have a greenhead mount in the game room.
The older I get, the closer they all get to being in the den though. My giveadamn's about busted at this point.

Wife allows them to stay up, as long as she gets to decorate them according to the season

I don't have pics to share, but yes mine are in my living room. I find if you can put them in the room with the highest ceilings they will look their best. Just my opinion though.

I had my biggest buck to date, a 130" 10 point in my living room up until about a week after I got married. Then he got moved into my gun room and the space he was in was redone in a mural of family and wedding pictures.
My dad has 7 or 8 shoulder mounts in his living room including my first buck and my mom's first buck.

Mine and my son's are in the media room in the basement. Deer, ducks and geese. I hang out in there more than Mrs Cove does anyway. Got a turkey fan & beard in my office. Never was big on fish.

I heard this guy give a talk a few months ago about taking his wife hunting the first time. She killed a monster buck. Had it mounted and it went in their living room. He asked her why he couldn't have his in there and they were all at his office. She said when he killed one as big as hers he could put it next to it.
