Y'all going tomorrow or Saturday?

I was going to focus on that area too, but if you're hunting I'll take the snake bayou to see how far I get into the east side.

ETA: I would hate to get a warning shot from a crazy duck hunter!

If the duck hunting permits, I'll bring my boat out there all day Sunday and look around if y'all are still looking by then. I'll keep following the thread and see how it pans out

I wasn't trying to say I was going hunt. what I meant was if we wouldn't bother the hunters I could go out there and help look if needed

chad - went off in marsh behind us to chase a duck, never re-appeared.

he will chase a cripple a long long way.... longer than any dog I have owned... and I have had some good ones.

The water was up this morning and I could get through Chico Lagoon. No tracks by the kennel yet. I went up the north cut from Chico and the second east cut, as well as going up Snake Bayou. Stopping and whistling. Nothing man.
I know its no consolation, but there were tons of ducks in that marsh.

Thanks... appreciate it a great deal...

lots of ducks just past where you were tied up?

we plan on hunting then rolling all over... after folks quit hunting...

really surprised he hasn't popped up after that first sighting.
