I figured i would come to the OB.

I need a present for my dad for his b-day and being from South La he is a big outdoorsman so i am wondering what is one thing every outdoorsman should have?
I have thought about possibly getting him a blue bug boiler. Any suggestions are appreciative

Does he like to hunt? Fish? What type of hunting or fishing?

I don't know about your dad but a gun is always a go to gift for most outdoorsmen.

Get him a vacuum packer, those things are worth their weight in gold if you process your own game.

• does he have a judge or .243?

He hunts everything. Deer,duck,rabbit,sqiurrel
and does all kinds of fishing mostly salt and fresh occasionally offshore
A gun may be a little out of my price range thats why im hesitant on getting him a blue bug boiler.

Sounds like my Dad. He is hard to buy for. For Christmas, I collected 5 or 6 pictures that I had of us (me, him and my brothers) hunting and put them in one of those collage frames. He liked it alot cause it was personal and something he couldn't go out and buy.

I don't know then bro. Maybe a gift card to one of the outdoor stores. I know some people don't like gift cards but I do because you can use it for exactly what you want

it takes a while to get them, but if your dad is an avid outdoorsman, he'll gladly wait.
