When preparing chicken, pork or beef, I prefer to have a level of separation to prevent cross contamination.
I would have it enclosed somewhat. Even if just a corner going out a bit. Wind can phuck up a flame. Can also blow shite around in a hurry. Wouldn't want to cross contaminate anything.
Wouldn't want it that close to pool if it were me. When I build something, I always look for salvage value down the road. One day you're going to fill that pool in. Make it to where you'll still use your ODK.

On back wall - right now, plans only show a half wall, but it will be a full wall of brick.

You have mountains in your backyard?

Where is the house? What are the directions? Is looking at the cabana facing West?

Looks good, only think I can think of is maybe a hood over the grills. Throwing the idea around right now in my plans but only doing 1/2 wall behind the grill.

this is a good point, and depending on where you live, you might want shade on the water as much as possible.
our pool here in houston can be 90degrees by summer's end

Maybe extend brick wall to accommodate brick wood fired pizza oven. Looks good

Solid brick wall extending up to the roof behind the grill to mount a tv on.
Other than that, looks good.

You need a chiller

You are going to need more shade. Which way is east to west compared to the lay out of the pool?

Very nice.
I would add a bathroom close by, if possible.

Grill section to the more west-ish side, that way helps block sun and not looking out in limbo when manning it.

how much more would it be to add a hot tub? And if you can do a pool/kitcheb/etc. then you can afford to add a hot tub

Me, I would have that facing the pool. That way one could keep an eye on the kids as needed.

I would advise against the beach entry. I have one, and it is a waste of space. If I had to do it over again, I would do a sun bathing ledge. Just my 2 cents. I like the kitchen lay out.

Where the water fall, there nothing like, come home, grabbing a Miller Lite from the bar and watching the sun coming down. With the soothing sounds of water poring over rocks by the pool.

Love it and would like to do something very similar. I'm curious, about how much will this set you back?

Seems like that would be cumbersome though, plus a side view is still pretty easy.
