Coyote hunters; what do you do with your dead yotes?

I’m just getting into hunting coyotes, because they’re getting pretty bad on a farm I lease. The farm happens to be across the street from my house, so I’m hearing them all night.
I’m seeing fewer yearling deer and I rarely see a rabbit anymore. So I’m blaming this couple (I think) of coyote packs.
However, I hate to just let them go to waste if there’s something they can be used for.

send them to the pit of misery 
unless you have plans for a taxidermy mount or pelting for profit, just haul 'em off to the designated area where you dump deer carcass

I just drag them away from deer trails or feeding areas. As Josey Wales said, “Buzzards gotta eat.”

I saw a guy posting in another forum a few days ago about intentionally shooting them in the gut so they keep running and die and he doesn’t have to move them.
