Can you tell which of these guns are "Ghost Guns"

Those lowers look like from a manufacture and I dont see a completed gun that would be a normal "ghost gun"

Looks like three polymer 80s and three ar-15 lowers. There’s the six ghost guns.
From the CSI episode I saw which now makes me an expert on ghost guns, the inability to have the bullet that was fired through the barrel and tied to the SN is what makes it a ghost gun!!!!

In the realm of Fake News and Sensationalist Headlines this may be the least egregious example ever. The whole "Ghost Gun" thing is dumb but at least they got the descriptions accurate.
