I just asked my wife. She said her main concern would be sleeping comfortably. So, get a really good sleeping pad. We have the Big Agnes Q-Core SL Sleeping Pads. They're really more for backpacking as they are meant to be light, but they are pretty comfortable.
Also, a luggable loo. So, she can sit down and piss/shite like a lady.

Thats ridiculous y'all's wives have to have a porta potty to piss. My wife has been pulling her pants down and pissing behind trees and in the river/lake since we were in Highschool. And yes she will shite behind a tree at the drop of a hat. Bring lots of booze and food and have a good time. Quit being a ****

I camp with my wife and we both enjoy it. So honestly she must be warm, and I mean warmer than you need to be to be comfortable, dry and have a comfortable place to sleep.
