Grand isle fourchon cocodrie offer a wider variety closer than east side of the river.

Yes. Timbalier Islands in summer when they leave the marsh. Not a far run from either Cocodrie or Fourchon

I like the sound of that. Any public land for duck hunting that way? One thing I like about Hopedale is having Biloxi marsh right there to duck hunt but that would be getting away from the “purely speckled trout” camp.

Pointe aux Chenes WMA is closest I can think of but thats a little bit of a run from Cocodrie
