I am tired of battling Spypoint---yes they are affordable and when they work, they work. However, one hiccup and they are done. They have now sent me 2 replacement cameras--still won't work.

What has the OB found to be a good cell camera that isn't spypoint?

Covert. Pricey upfront, but worth it. We use both Coverts and SpyPoints on our property. We have encountered no issues with the Coverts. SpyPoints not so much.

i have a covert and a spartan. have been pleased with both.

covert seems to miss pictures more and take ghost pics and night pics are poor. i would stay with spartan moving forward for my next one. customer service there is excellent too.

I have 4 covert LTE cameras. Wouldn’t own another brand.

For the price Spypoint or Moultrie. I have 2 spypoints that have been in the woods since last summer and have operated flawlessly and my best friend has 2 of the Moutries that have done the same.

If you're looking to move up in price, my other buddy uses Covert and has had no issues.

The only thing I don’t like about my spypoint and using lithium AA is they go from working to dead with no in between. So the battery meter isn’t accurate bc of that.

I guess I'm lucky or something. My SpyPoint has been in the woods continuously since I bought it a year ago. Gave me one hiccup, and a simple firmware update had it back rolling.

For me anything not named Spypoint. I have gone through 9 over two years none of them work they have been replaced and returned they are totally unreliable. I have had MUCH better luck with Spartan, they take great pictures but aren't the cheapest.

I have 3 SPYPOINT Verizon and have had zero issues, a fiend has the “nation wide” version and hates them.

The Moultrie with the modem built in is the best one I've used. My spypoints all crapped out.

No issues with my spypoint cameras after tge firmware update. The battery indicator does go from full to dead but I’ve had them in the woods since February with no issues. The trigger speed could be better but for the price I’m satisfied
