Could be an issue with either SC or Simmons filing the eforms properly. I purchased an in stock item from a local gun store on December 6, and was approved on the 10th. Was the item in stock or on back order?
I consider myself lucky, my dad waited 15 months when he purchased in 2022

It has been approved by SC since Dec 6, totally on the ATF at this point

frick them. We all know they will never give up the tax stamp. That 200 bucks is the most ridiculous to me. When has the government said nah we gonna stop that money stream?

Submitted mine through silencer shop on 12/21. Took 3 weeks just to get to ATF approval yesterday 1/9. We will see how long that takes.

As said above call your senator or reps office or both. They have a contact at the ATF. If it’s ATF they will push it to the top. If it’s FBI they will notify the senators office. At that point they will send a letter to FBI it will be approved in a week. You will have to sign a release for the office liaison to speak to the office on your behalf.

The only job more pathetic than working for the ATF is a SEC football official. Senior leadership will be out in short order, but it concerns me that Trump doesn't seem to care about gun rights, so hopefully courts get pissed and throw this shite back in the ATFs monkey pox covered faces.
