Vudu all day errday if we’re talking under a cork. While it’s technically not a shrimp, a firecracker sparkle beetle is a shrimp presentation that trout absolutely love.

Killed many a trout with Gold Glittter DOA under a popping cork.

they hold up very well unless you get into ladyfish or Spanish mackerel

Vudu seems to last forever.
But some days the rattle shrimp will hook 2x the fish a vudu will then they are short striking.

I have a bunch of voodoo in my tackle box but I've gotten my arse kicked by a DOA when it was a slow bite. I'll be switching back to the OG DOA after I lose the rest of these expensive arse voodoo

I picked up some of those at the Chag's tent sale this weekend. He was demoing them in the fish tank just like in that video. They had a soft plastic version too. Gonna give both a try

I've caught many o trout on DOA before Vudu came out. Haven't gone back since. Only gripe with the vudu is that they will melt in my tackle box during the summer in the shed at the camp.
