Got a pork belly on the Primo today, burgers from Iverstines tonight and beef ribs for tommorow or Monday.

Imma do a couple beercan chickens, some sausage and veggies on the Traeger. Thinking about throwing all of my extra tomatoes ina pan and smoking them instead of just baking them to make a spaghetti sauce

I've never been to Iverstines. How are their prices? The wife and I were just discussing throwing something on the grill or the smoker today.

I did some wings and center cut chops last night on my BGE. I can’t decide what to do the rest of the weekend. I usually make it a point to eat seafood of some sorts over the weekend.
May end up doing shrimp and crabs this evening, then grill again tomorrow.

I pretty much only eat salads. Once in a great while I'll treat myself to a hamburger though.

I’m doing a pork shoulder, stuffed potatoes, and coleslaw for a couples wedding present. They’d asked me to cook for their reception but I have to work so I figured this would be nice gift.
A 13 lb packer brisket will go on about midnight tonight for tomorrow.
The smoker is gonna be busy all weekend.

High. Whole pork belly, 4 lbs of beef ribs and 2 lbs of ground meat was $115. Everything looks great though.

Not firing up the smoker til tomorrow. Making a crawfish stew from leftovers, over smoked gouda grits today. Made Donald Link’s boudin beignets for breakfast.

Just picked up a few bone in strips and some jerky from Iverstines. High but looked too good to pass up

How much does pork belly render down? My wife (no pics) is a pretty picky eater and doesn't care for overly fatty meat. She eats pork shoulder, just got her to eat ribs a few months ago. Been wanting to smoke a pork belly for the longest, but I don't want to be the only one eating it, although I can't think of worse problems to have.
