Themselves? Looking at that option since they don't have by boats template on file. Probably will save me a grand

I looked into it a while back. I reached out to seadek since I have my own CNC that could cut the foam. They wouldn't give me much info since I am not a certified seakdek dealer/installer. I ended up just getting some EVA sheets off amazon and playing with them. It worked out well, but it took a good bit of time to get the file right.

Cut mine and used hydro turf, if you have a factory boat it will be much easier. Old Kenners are more difficult to get a good pattern. Trace pattern in the shade and make sure your dek stays cool or you will have problems.

I installed hydroturf in my G3 17CC. I made templates out of cardboard. It looks pretty good. It took a while but was not terrible.

Ive seen Youtube videos of this and using balsa wood strips and hot glue. Seems easy enough, if you go super slow.

I did the whole front casting deck of a 23' bay boat. Took my time using clear acetate to draw the template then overlay and cut with a good sharp razor knife. I then ran the edges through a router with a small round over bit to shape the edges and reveal the two tone color as I bought the grey over black. I did this in 2014 and that stuff is still stuck down and no signs of coming up. Cleans up beautifully with a pressure washer.
What it DOES NOT like is a cat sharpening their claws on it. GRRRRR! Unfortunately that cat died of lead poisoning poor thing.

Spend the few extra bucks and let a pro do it. I have it in a couple of boats a d wouldn’t think about installing it myself

Look up Camo-Toad on Facebook. Richard will scan the boat for custom template and get pieces cut and installed. 225-802-8579. He is in Gonzales

If you cut small imperfections in temples the company will smooth them out and make the cuts on material even and round the corners off and all that.. if that make sense. My buddy did his own and it came out well. But still very expensive. Think around 1200 for a 17 ft boat. He did all the floor and sidewalks though

Did my own with hydroturf and posterboard. Look perfect? Nope but it passes the eye test and saved a bunch of money. Those custom jobs look awesome, but not worth it unless you baby it and can make it last for 10+ years

Posted about this a few weeks ago, the price of a sheet has gone up nearly 40% in the last several months.
Where do you plan to buy from?

Did mine with a couple large pieces of cardboard as a template. Black tip jetsports. Three years and not a single problem. Get it right the first time,bc the sticky side is ruthless
