Anybody know how much the stickers are for the boats and who to contact? I need to update them this year so I don't get yelled at again.

I don't know who it is you need to contact, but I do know all about that "getting yelled at" BS... Some old guy got on my arse because I had only one sticker on my boat. The other sticker fell off. I told him if he didnt like it, maybe he should get me another sticker... He actually met me the next day at the bridge with my new sticker. hahaha

From my limited knowledge, you cannot get a membership without owning land. I was going to buy a lake house there last year, and it didn't have a membership, so I briefly looked into it.

I'm not surprised. I realize the need for an HOA out there, because its so small, but I decided not to buy because of the HOA nazis. They are some of the worse that I have ever seen. I figured that I would spend too much time bumping heads with them, and that defeated the purpose of a lake house.

You have to live out there and even then some of the lots/houses don't come with memberships to the lake. I've dealt with a lot of the HOA people there and they are very particular. Its 6 miles from my house and I can't fish it

Before I moved to Orlando in '98 got to fish Rosemound quite often as my cousin had a place up there. Always enjoyed the night fishing up there best.

Before I got to Florida my two best bass a 9.1 and a 9.5 came on back to back casts on a 10 inch Black/Red Fleck Zeta-Bait Gillraker worm with a 3/8oz weight around 10:30 on a Friday night. We were fishing right along the shoreline by the road leading to the clubhouse.....Caught a bunch of fish before those two.

Remember it like yesterday, at the time wasn't sure I'd ever get ones bigger.....

Two weeks ago, bigger ones were being caught on plastics fished in brush piles in 6'-8' of water. Lots of small males to be had in shallow water on plastic and spinnerbait at that time. All this water and colder temps have shut that bite down for now. Week before that they were on the main lake points with crankbait. Will be headed that way next weekend, so give us a report on your catch.

Was told tonight that it is currently about a 4 year wait to get rights to fish. Also have to be a homeowner and a $10,000 fee. This came from two people that do, or have relatives that live there

Yea if you buy a lot up there you're best getting a lot with lake membership already tied to it, because like you said without it yo could be waiting a while. We never had to pay a 10k fee though and we built 3 years ago.

The fee I believe is for if you a lot that doesn't have lake membership. 10k then 250 a month after or something like that.

Water was real muddy on the north side yesterday but seemed to be muddy to descent on the south side

Yes very muddy on the north side okay on the south. Man it was cold as balls today. Very slow bite only caught six or seven fish today. For the record I didn't catch one of them

I don't think I could have handled it being this cold. Hell I know of a few folks that saw snow flurries in Woodville this morning
