Is that parish road label on their driveway accurate? If so, I'm curious if the parish pays for the maintenance on it, and how they get away with having a gate across a public road.

I just measured the fenced area and it's only about 40,000 acres rather than 55,000. Not sure why everyone is bitching.

We were on the Delta for a couple of years and had a terrible experience. No water the first split-which they didn't tell us about and we only found out when we rolled up to the field opening day. No birds, no cooperation from management about anything. Gave them another chance the next year and no better, so we got the hell out of there.

Purdy sure it was a lot of the fence put up for a fox pen for folks to run they're dogs several years before these folks bought the land.
