Friend from NOLA wants to book a goose hunt with an outfitter in said areas. I informed him that I travel those roads weekly (14, 335, and 35) and haven't seen schit. I'm not even hearing geese migration flights during the night. My advice was book the hunt since he won't kill any birds from the couch. If he scratches with a zero, at least he can eat kick-arse turtle sauce piquant and shrimp stew at Suire's

Bet it's the outfit advertising on LaSportsman that hunts south of Abbeville Ross was about the last one down there farming rice, everything else is cane.
Suire's cream cheese bars are GOAT!

If the OP’s friend from NOLA wants to kill geese in LA then OP’s friend needs to go up to Monroe and hunt with Top Gun in Jones, LA or if really serious come over to Texas and get on a hunt with Run & Gun out of Bay City. Them Run & Gun baws always on the geese.
