Toyo priced me out.

I called for some more 295/60R20s, local place quoted $1700 total for nitto terra grappler G3s and almost $2100 total for toyo AT3s.

I’m on my 2nd set of Falken for my 4Runner. Love them. Didn’t get the Wildpeak ATW4’s because they said it was a much higher weight of tire and you would notice on the mpg. I ended up with the Falken Rubitrek which got excellent reviews!

I’ve bought nothing but Cooper tires for the past 15 or so years. Zero complaints. They outlast the warranties and don’t break the bank.

Goodyear Dura Trac
I've had several sets on 3 different trucks. I was never mad at them. They start getting loud when they are getting worn put near 70k on one set.

Went to street tires, last set. Then turned in my man card.

Gross. I’m not looking forward to new tires. Trump needs to throw some tire tariff tax breaks our way.

I have heard that they are noisy, thoughts?

They're a touch louder than the At3 version but not enough to bother me one bit.

Good to know. I'll probably get a set for my wifes LC. Seems like a good balance

I recently had Falken AT3W's, best tire ever made. Put on some BFG KO3's and they were fantastic. Now I'm in a new truck and just put Ridge Grapplers. They seem fine but its still early, way more roar than the Falkens and BFGs.

I just asked myself, “ do I drive on city streets and hwys more or roads on a lease. They say they’re quiet plus do pretty well on basic hunting lease roads.

Put Coopers on my 2023 FX4 during the summer. Been pleased with them so far.

I have had Toyo AT3s for about 50k miles, still in great shape, plenty of tread.

At the time they were cheaper than comparable Nitto or BFG all terrain tires. I would not hesitate to buy them again if they were in the same ball park for price.

Put Hankook DynaPro AT2 Extremes on my wife's expedition, don't remember the miles currently on them, but have been happy with them as well.

I previously had Nitto Ridge Grapplers on our Wrangler Unlimited and currently have Toyo RT Trails in 35s on 17inch wheels

I have been satisfied with both but do get louder as they wear. The RGs started getting squirrely in the wet after about 6yrs and nearly 80k miles so replaced them tho they had a fair amount of tread left.

Both are Fairly aggressive hybrid style tires

On our 2013 FX4, I had Goodyear Wrangler All-Terrain Adventure but they were wearing oddly and replaced them after 50k miles and 4yrs. Have had Continental Terrain Contact ATs. They have worn well 4yrs and 50k miles with plenty of tread. Pretty quiet but they are more of a road-focused AT. 275/55/20 size

ETA - the tires on the Ford are SL load range. I do pull trailers, they heaviest was a 2 horse Featherlite.

I have ran Toyo for years. Good tires. Just got too expensive. Just put a set of Cooper Rugged Trek on my F150 and they have been good. Very quiet and fairly aggressive. Also have a set on a Tacoma with about 30K miles on them with no issues

I have been buying Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac’s. Get about 65,00 miles per set. Toyo tires were more expensive. Buy the Goodyears through Sam’s.

I'm impressed with Toyo's and have them on all our vehicles. Great tires and worth the extra $$.
