Had to put my boy down a couple of weeks ago at 6 1/2 but before he went downhill and was in working shape he bounced between 125-130. He was an absolutely massive dog but was full blooded with papers.

I have a rescue dog and some swore she was a lab but I always knew something was a bit off. Thanks to this photo and some research I'm certain she is a Chesapeake. Glad I checked out this thread.

When someone says a rescue is a "lab mix" that's code for nobody has any idea but it's not a putbull

I have a lab / great dane mix puppy right now. 14 weeks old and around 30 lbs 18 or so inches to the shoulder. Cool dog for sure just hoping she ends up on the smaller side of the dane scale

She does have great big webbed feet.

Yeah my big yellow only ate about a 1&1/2 cups of food a day. Just a super tall and extremely long dog. Kindest dog you have ever been around. He was like a big polar bear.

My yellow was 115 during season 125 durning summer. Ideal lab to me is 70-75 lbs.
