Looks promising

AERO also unveiled their new A700 bolt action rifle. The design uses a Savage small shape barrel interface in order to use pre-fit barrels already on the market
quote:
The bolt face is designed to deal with everything from a 6mm Creedmoor all the way up to a 7mm SAUM, and features a long ejection port to accommodate short-action magnum cartridges. Three different bolt faces will be available including a standard, medium, and magnum.

That's a lot of action if you just want to shoot .308.
Maybe they'll have different action lengths.

So, it’s basically a Bighorn/Zermatt.
That being said, I would like to try one out. Curious about the price point.

Looks like a deadline ultimatum action to aero's specs.
Should be a nice rifle.
Bolt action market is getting flooded now.

I can't keep track anymore. Still near impossible to get a Winchester though. Been wanting to add one and they are non existent.

Or a more refined Savage.

Action only "sub $1000."
Chassis "sub $1100".
I didn't hear him say anything about the trigger.???

Not sure about my thoughts on that.
If it’s a really well made stainless machined action it might be worth it.

Black Collar Arms is releasing a straight pull that looks pretty legit.
