Maybe try a Tiny Torpedo. Bullfrog color.

Just saw a hybrid striped bass pummel a bluegill in my pond.

I'll go buy a few shinners, grab a few beers & watch the bass go crazy.

you know that electrical receptacle you have on the house side of pond?
plug in 8 track player there, step over pond, put 8 track on that log and play theme from Jaws while watching minners get hit.

Just took your advice.

I have a dozen shiners and a 6 pack.

This should be fun.

Gotta keep the turtles away and the big boy bluegills, the Sacaulait, Goggle Eyes, Lake Runners, Stump Knockers, etc.

Yes, when I restocked my pond, I put a nice variety in there.

I caught one Largemouth about a pound and a hybrid the same weight.

Also, one 3/4 pound Goggle Eye.

The rest of the shiners did their duty to the fullest.

ETA: Freakin turtles, they're killers.

Thanks NascarFan, it was fun.

I used the flukes and they worked perfectly.

My pond is clearing a bit, about 3 feet.

When I feed the bluegills, there's a bass just hanging with them.

Upon feeding the bluegills put caution to the wind and the bass attacks one or two a feeding.

It's funny.
