Are you having a lifter failure and it's wearing the cam lobe?

I don't know yet. I need to get it diagnosed, but had some hydrocarbons in the coolant.

I’ve got a ‘16 with 70k. I use my truck when I need a truck and will go a month without unhooking my boat.

I have the same truck with 180k miles on it. It has the tick but I haven't had to do anything to it at all except the usual maintenance

Is the window leak something i can fix easily or a recall?
It's the gasket on the 3rd brake light. 2 screws, pull it off, pull old gasket off, apply self adhering gasket material from home depot, screw back on.
20 mins...maybe $15.
And you can get the windshield washer squirters off Amazon for $15 or so.
I trade in my 2014 with 174k on it.

This was the problem with mine but not until 174K.
If you get it change the oil more often than the computer tells you. It is set for every 10K, which I did religiously with quality full synthetic. Keep it at every 5k.
I would buy one again.

I had a 2019 Limited. I traded it in right after my warranty expired. Transmission started slipping.
Interior wise, it was the most feature rich vehicle I have ever owned.

went to put the truck in 4wd pulling my boat out. The 4wd light kept blinking and it would not go into 4 wd. No warning lights came on. I tried it the next morning again and it still didn't go into 4wd. Traded it in 6 hours later.

I have a 2014 Dodge Ram Laramie ecodiesel with 124,000 miles on it. It is running strong. I keep saying I should buy a new truck. But, I get the oil changed, get new tires and I just can't make myself buy a new truck.
I'll drive it to 300,000 if it lets me.
I say buy

Exhaust manifold leaks from broken studs is pretty common. Engine will have a tick on startup until it warms up.
Limited's had issues with dashboard's leather peeling up from a bad glue job.
I have a 2019 Limited with about 97k. Love the truck. Looking to trade it in for a newer model up to '23 with the small diesel in it now.

I unfortunately passed on the truck. It had the 3 issues that have been discussed.
- Exhaust Manifold. Quotes I received or saw online were about $1200-1400
- Dash was completely delaminating. The costs I saw online were about $2300 for the dealership to fix.
- I believe it had a water leak from 3rd brake light. The truck smelled like mold on the inside unfortunately and I don't know what the costs are to completely fix it. I understand I could replace the light and seal, but the mold seems like a bigger issue.
I am bummed. The truck had some exterior nicks and dings but pretty good condition for the price. It road and drove really nice and had more power than my current 2017 Chevy, but I can't get passed the mold mostly.

Me
Or somewhere around there. I work from home most of the time and live 4 miles from the office when I don't.

I think I average 5k a year. Work from home, road trips in the vehicle that holds all 6 and stuff.
PSA related to that, if you drive that little, ask about a low mileage discount for your insurance.

Yeah, my 6-7k per year includes road trips. We always take my truck. We just live right in the middle of the city and everything is close. I just don't have the need to drive that much anymore.

My wife got a new car last November and we haven't had to change the oil in it yet. She works like 2 miles from the house.
We just don't drive a lot anymore.
My teenaged daughter puts 15k+ on her car though.
