I asked on facebook and had two people offer me codes via PM within minutes. They have a 20 to 50% off sale starting on the 20th for Black Friday. The codes go out early so team members can get gear before its sold out.

The Sitka PRO friends and family sale starts the 23rd and run through the 7th. It’s the same access the guides get for up to 40% off Sitka items. I imagine you can get codes through FB or Rokslide from current guides. My brother is one but he isn’t handing them out as liberally 
ETA: I just saw the Sitka email - it looks like the guide/PRO might have to make the order themselves, not give out a code. If that’s the case you’ll need to ask one of your guide buddies for a hookup.
