I had to look him up. Apparently he graduated from Cornell with a degree in animal science and runs a Vermont dairy farm.

Also, some shite going down with Jamaica. Apparently some of the athletes weren’t allowed to bring their coaches. Now one of their athletes are being threatened to be barred for speaking out about it.

Watching these Games I am convinced that being in peak physical condition, lean, muscular, etc., increases the hotness factor exponentially. That, and it's obvious that these elite athletes hit the genetic lottery which includes not only freak athletic ability but natural beauty. Like Greek gods and goddesses out there.
Us regular folks should take note that just not being fat and out of shape would go a long way to increase our attractiveness.

Is there any meaning to the negative or positive numbers that they have below the distance scores in the long jump? I assume it has something to do with the wind, but is it deducted/added from the scores in any way?

It doesn’t add or subtract their total. If it’s over +2.0, it just won’t count for a record, but you can win with that mark.

I was confused because the Olympic website usually shows the live scores in order of results (i.e., showing who is leading), but aren't doing it for this. Which prompted my question on if the scores were adjusted somehow.
