We plan on moving to Juneau next year and I'd eventually love to get a place like this right on the water. Steps away from some of the best salmon fishing in the world.

I've been going down a zillow wormhole for the past several months. Its been a nice way to pass the time lately

Pacific Northwest is such a high cost area, which I can partially understand, but the months from November-March are kind of crap weather wise. Here's a couple I found from my area
