Good for Canes that their model works, but this is a type of restaurant that won't expand much outside of the fried food loving south. His professor was probably a Yankee anyways. Yeah McD and others may be sizing their menu down but what's really important to maximize is that menu variety/ingredients ratio. Taco Bell does this well, and imagine if you could personalize your food easily through a computer and not deal with idiots at service.

There's one in Boston that is constantly packed. Putting it right near a university was a smart idea.
College kids across the globe like to eat unhealthy food. It's not just the south.

TRUE STORY - I had a buddy that was a shift manager that trained new employees at Guthrie's in Athens, GA back in 1989
he trained a kid named Zack
That kid worked at Guthrie's for 2 weeks, went through training, wrote down the "secret formulas" for sauce and the chicken fry batter, and QUIT
he went on to start his own chicken place that eventually lapped Guthrie's
After this incident, Guthries started making new hires sign a non-compete agreement (barn doors, horses and shite - right)
The rest is history
Never heard of Cane's (is that a LA thing?)
But Zaxby's is definitely owned by an UGA alum
Also, side note, my wife worked with a lady from Haleyville, AL (where the Guthrie's founders hail from)
The kids that took over the restaurant were known coke-heads
I still eat at Guthrie's when I see one still open, will try Cane's next time I am in LA

I had high school buddies that came into town for lsu games/mardi gras/whatever. Every sunday after partying all weekend we would get Baileys. So much better than canes. One of my 350 pound fatass friends even got a box from baileys and canes (when canes opened their second location on lee). He said hands down baileys was better.
Canes had a much better business mind however, obviously

All of the fast food chicken finger cuisine is loaded with sodium.
It is all so salty that if you eat it you will wake up at 3am delirious and drinking from the toilet.

One big mac has same sodium as three fingers from canes. Fwiw

This is a problem for Poor's to deal with. OT ballers have unlimited data plans.

The comma should be after is, not friends.

You need to look into this more. The fastest growing food businesses in the country are these fresh food, specialization restaurants. And Canes is near the top of the list.
People are starting to realize that McDonalds and Jack-In-The-Box are shite

Blows my fricking mind the simpletons believe this marketing from canes.
Fresh, never frozen tenders. Jesus fricking tap dancing christ. It is fricking FRIED CHICKEN

No one is arguing that it's healthy. It just taste better because the chicken is frozen and thawed before it's fried.

Go to your connection to their wifi. Uncheck "obtain DNS automatically" or however it's worded on your device. Manually enter 8.8.8.8 as the DNS server.
Profit.
Profit.

Really?
So chicken flash frozen less than an hour after the chicken is killed, thawed 30 minutes before it is cooked tastes better than chicken that sat for a couple days on a truck en route to the store. Then marinated for at least another 24 hours (another canes thing), then cooked, tastes better?
Ill take the pepsi challenge

Zaxby's is awful.
You have no idea what you're talking about.
Even if I was to concede that Cane's has better fingers, fries, and toast then Zaxby's (which, by the way, I don't), Zaxby's has fantastic, wings, shakes, salads (phenomenal), and appetizers. Oh, and I can BUFFALO my fingers in 9 different sauces.
No doubt Cane's is good, however Zaxby's is overall much better.

Yes.
I managed a restaurant in college and we would always have food vendors trying to sell us their products. There is a noticeable different between fresh and frozen food.

Exactly. What a pretentious dumbass.
