The vid he has where he narrates in Detroit.... I was in that neighborhood about a year ago for two days. It’s mostly abandoned. Whole city blocks with nothing but boarded up buildings. Absolutely amazing and a bit scary. The lady a the business I was auditing suggested that I finish my audits well within daylight hours.

Am I missing something? What was wrong with that? Also, I doubt that is the worst Oakland has to offer. Hell, Nashville has waaaaay worse looking neighborhoods than that.
