This alter sucks.
No concept of subtlety.
Since your words are taking a lot more serious than mine, those who might not even consider it could be an alter, might actually do so coming from you. If I say it, it's as if everyone in that thread will immediately think there is no way it could be an alter.

I follow now..its about the comment of him being 6 and named brayden...that was just a lame attempt to make it a little funnier..lame dentist humor.
Although I have a 6 year old...he is still in normal rec tball.
My oldest just turned 12 is playing tournament ball. He has played rec ball in Gonzales since he was 5...was always decent..not great..but works hard.
Simply my first exposure to it

Your son isn’t as good at baseball as you think

I would say that's true across all dads

Don't listen to the jealous people on here. Your son loves the game and wants to play 5 times a week and 11 months a year. Follow his passion. You can always have a baby sitter take care of your other kids on the weekends or haul them with you and let them play on their ipads all weekend in the stands. Don't let other people tell you how to live.

Since a good buddy son started travel baseball- we hardly have played golf in 5 years.

We already made our reservations for the world series in Panama City. See you there.
Travel ball "world series" has become like attending some private colleges.

Anyone else schedule just get crazy with tournament baseball practice starting next week?
Nah, my 4 year old just had tommy john so we are taking the year off.
Im thinking of just having the doctor do tommy john on his other arm just in case. Dont want him to have to miss a tournament when he is 10.

I dont hate it, my kid is going to the pros and going to get me a fat signing bonus.

I don't think anyone hates the idea, they just hate the stereotypical culture.
Which is, I think, over-leveraged middle class people with a touch of trashiness holding dumb ideas about their kid making it to the majors when they should be diverting the travel ball money to Jayden's college/name change fund.

Curious about the competitive ball haters, any of you have kids start on a HS baseball team?
Posted on 1/4/19 at 4:29 pm to hubreb
My nephew only ever played rec ball, made his HS varsity as a freshman.
