You’re the POTUS, what do you do with China?

Let’s say you’re president of the United States of America. Knowing what we know now, namely that China lied and covered up for weeks or months the fact they had a massive outbreak of a highly contagious, incurable virus while allowing millions to come in and go out of the infection zone causing a global pandemic that killed tens of thousands and trew the entire world into turmoil, what actions, if any, would you take to hold China accountable for their actions? Please explain your reasoning.
