Saw a skinny Caucasian couple with three kids in tow, hotboxing their Marlboros in their pickup. They stopped at the local pick-a-pack for another carton and emptied their entire ashtray which appeared to be overflowing from just a half-day of smoking, on the ground of the parking lot. Looked like they paid about 20 dollars on snacks with their EBT card.
