I knew a girl that got a silicone set about 3-4 years ago. She worked downtown, and within a few months of getting them installed she dumped a guy and then immediately went on a chopping spree for a few weeks. Chopped several hard legs in short order and ended up marrying a funny looking guy that looked like a leprechaun within 6 months.
If a girl wants some big aftermarket boobs installed she is going to run and chop/shop for a better deal very quickly.

I only know three. MAYBE four, but three is confirmed. One is still together, and it was either very late 40s or 50s when the procedure was done.
So 33.3% chance...not favorable odds, and the two where the woman was under 40, both done and gone within 18-24 months.
ETA: Now that I'm thinking about it, another couple where it was done and they stayed together, but it was done after she had cancerous stuff removed, so that sort of motivation wouldn't count in the scenario being discussed here.

I told my wife she’s getting hers done after we are done having kids. The ones god gifted her with were as close to perfect as you can imagine. It’s be a damn shame not to restore them to their former glory. For god and all.

I bought a Toyota Tacoma off my buddy about 11-12 years ago because he was going to use the money to buy his wife a boob job. They were going through some issues at the time and he thought it would boost her confidence a little. I knew he was dumb for doing it but I got a deal on the truck and he got his wife a boob job. They are still together to this day but I think she showed a few other dudes after getting it done that my buddy would never admit to it happening.
