The Traditional Model worked for decades and decades. The traditional family was the norm. Couples dated, married, had procreative sex, and had babies. Industry and government policy supported the model. Couples bought houses, cars, refrigerators and went to Church on Sunday and prayed. Everything worked smoothly.

It worked perfectly well until the system began to break down after WWII. The decline quickened in the sixties with the sexual revolution. Then the birth control pill came along and girls got on the birth control pill and fornicated. Young men took advantage of free sex, and walked away from the pregnant girl. Abortion followed. It quickly went downhillfrom that point on.

Divorce is now rampant, leaving millions of disillusioned young people, unable, or hesitant to form relationship with the opposite sex. Sad. The Traditional Model was destroyed and now we have a mess.

It is the disillusioned angry young people of that broken Traditional Model that now burns your cities.

This will not end well.

don't recall women being that picky about someone's height in the past, unless they were really short.
it’s all about the social media pics and the perception that the taller the man the more satisfying the sex is

They would actually have to "work" and put "effort" into it.

Not worth it as long as Rosie Palm is available.

Ever in your life? Extremely good. You got to live in a functioning country as a young man.

This weekend? Poor. You are living in a Mickey Mouse country.

Flaunt the money and your chances are great, but not with a decent human being.

Serious relationship, the pool is empty by now. Wait 5-10 years so there are more widows on the market.

d this is only magnified by the absolutely insane extent to which things like Tinder have magnified the female ego. Remember the OK Cupid experiment where females rated 80% of males as below their standards?

The biggest issue with modern dating is the double standards. As already mentioned on here, why is a male's height (something that cant biological change past puberty) more important that a woman's weight (something easily controlled by diet and exercise).

Also, check out Facebook and Instagram. Women of all body types are getting showered with praise for literally everything they do, even things men are just expected to do (like graduate high school, get a job, etc.). So they are going to have an inflated ego when in reality they haven't done anything most other people do in a first-world country.

It is. If you follow the 80/20 rule, you will do well. Gorgeous women from all over the world and you know what half of them fetishize/dream about before you even speak to them.

That said, the two best cities for a high value single male in this country are the Miami and Dallas metro areas.

I've always dated average to short girls for some reason. My wife is about 9" shorter than me

I think when we’re used to being taller than everyone, it’s a little disorienting when someone is close to our height. I’ve dated a couple guys taller than me, but most have been shorter. It’s never bothered me at all. It feels normal.

Because men will sleep with nearly any woman, regardless of looks, and women mistake “willing to frick me” with “actually desirable.” Then they think they can land a guy like that for dating.

Possibly so. I've never been opposed to dating a tall girl. I dated one that was like 5'9". But the 3 great loves of my life were all 5'5" or under. It's not something that I feel strongly about in any way but maybe I have a subliminal preference?

Same for me, man. I'm 6'5" (hur hur brag) and other than one 6'1" Amazon and a handful of 5'8-5'10 gals, they've all been sub 5'4". Something about being ridiculously bigger is fun.

Improve what is able to be improved. Get in shape. Dress well. Have good hygiene. Have a good job.

Unless you look like Sloth, you ought to be able to find a decent woman.
