You would more than likely waste much more money than you would ever be able to recoup from her family. That kind of behavior doesn't scream her parents having money to me. (not an excuse for her behavior, just a reality)

Don't know what I would do if I were the parents, there would be an inclination to end that bitches life, but you are harming your children and family much more than she ever could if you do so.

I'd wait. Patience is a virtue. Once things died down and the authorities had once again failed to do their job. I'd handle that POS. In those neighbors and to that kind of person, shite happens.

reading the above post, it appears the girl's family is impoverished, so they wouldn't have the means to do this .. wow .. this is a pretty vicious cycle for these poor people .. this is one of those situations where i can eventually just see fire being fought with fire, eventually ..

It would be INSANELY frustrating as a parent in this instance .. But, read the things that have gone on in this family's life since the incident. It sounds like they are too poor to be able to move away .. they are having the windows in their home broken, the idiots doing it bragging on social media, physical threats by the parents of the pack, etc. .. If authorities can't end this, this is certain one time where I can see taking matters into your own hands is the only choice .. otherwise, it won't stop ..

I don't think its the same family.

If I was parent of the little girl and boy, I'd engage services of an attorney that was looking for some free publicity. I'd hand deliver the video to the local police force. Then, I'd blitz the video to every major new service, and have attorney announce a press conference. I'd ask for proper justice, and make sure that it was kept in the media by constant press conferences.

I'd demand a sit down, on TV, with the perp and family, and families of all those witnessing, and make sure it was reported who accepted and refused. Send video of the sit down to every news service, and discuss the horrible consequences that my children were facing. Hopefully, if justice wasn't served, it would at least wake up some other "forces" that might demand justice be served.

Doesn't matter if it is a crime or not, you can bet your arse that they won't do anything until they hear from MUCH higher-up people. It's a slippery slope, and a white sheriff would probably get fired or be forced to step down if he jumped the gun. Rest assured if the black girl gets charged that Eric Holder will be investigating the Local PD, and not give a frick about the actual crime
