are you drunk already? Did I make the OP? Did I say anythign at all about public transportation? If you'd get your bulbous head out of your arse you'd see that all I ever posted was the guy is misleading about his uber experiences.
I do use public transportation when it's necessary, mainly if I'm going downtown for a sporting event. Otherwise if I'm goign to bars I use uber and it's only a few buck.
It's also LOL worthy that you try to use the trailer park retort without seeing that I live in a city with a combined meto population of nearly 6 million people. Not too many trailers around here.
Also out of curiosity, how many states have I visited? Since you seem to know all about it.

Well for me I know it's a budget thing for many. I'm sure they would love to visit and all...but not in the budget. Which I can certainly understand.
I've done the same as well. My brother lives in Oakland now, have been saying the past two years that my husband and I would come to San Fran to visit him(stay in SF....visit him in Oakland or he meet up with us in SF). Have yet to do it cause of budget.

Oh I definitely understand that is often the case. I really don't take it personally at all, but that doesn't stop me from giving my friends a hard time about it.

I think many feel that way about their home state. I have a coworker that just moved to Washington state(like an hour outside of Seattle). She is originally from AZ and hated it. She wanted more green and more rain(and she def got that where she moved to). Some people just get tired of where they came from. To each his own.
