You know those screens in elevators that show the news, weather, and other info

Are there any free websites like that you can put a big tv on in like a waiting room that will run through news headlines and stuff like that?

You clearly don't go to the waiting rooms often. By constitutional law, it has to be HGTV.

Just put it on the local news channel’s later at signal. The one where they replay the most recent airing of their broadcast and have the weather on the sidebar.

You can't just pick a cable news channel any more at the risk of some snowflake getting offended.

There is a free digital signage broadcast channel. I'm searching for it now.

You clearly don't go to the waiting room often, if you did you'd know you can't hear the HGTV channel for all the stupid people that very loudly play games, carry on loud conversations on their phone with speaker enabled, watch videos, etc, all without headphones.
