In all reality, this.
Look her in the eyes and tell her the truth. "Hey, your phone went off when you were in the bathroom and as a natural reaction to the text noise I looked. When I did, I saw something I didn't really like. Be honest, is this something I should worry about?" should suffice.
If she's even halfway decent she'll be truthful either way and you have your answer. If she's a POS and lies about it you'll find out eventually anyway.
Just don't let jumping to conclusions ruin a decent relationship when it could be nothing. Jealousy is a killer.
