You really need this bc your testimony that you personally witnessed on its own isnt going to get it. Even a spouse admitting on the stand *may not* be evidence enough for a judge. The allegation can be and has been abused by colluding spouses....to achieve an immediate divorce for instance.

My bud installed gps tracking on his wife’s car. He knew where she was every time and had PI as well. His story of perseverance and planning throughout that period of his life is nothing short of genius. His divorce settlement would make goldennugget feel sympathy for his ex wife.

Does proof of infidelity really matter? I see this type of advice whenever anyone talks about a cheating spouse, but I've also seen that it isn't a factor or even necessarily admissible in divorce proceedings, depending on jurisdiction I guess. Maybe it matters in a court of public opinion sort of way.
