I feel as though you need to set goals that are attainable, otherwise there is no point in setting goals

Go back to 1919 and die of the flu.

Go forward to 2119 and be exterminated by a robot.

Nah I'm good.

1919 when folks were still real. America meant something to society. People were displayed better morals and values.
2119 is going to consist of a society that works just to pay taxes.

Yep. I know there is not a WW taking place. I know where land is, water is. I know how weapons work and the social mores of those times.... Hell, the language? My Spanish is very limited and my ghetto is worse...

Yowza, yowza!

What do you mean by this statement?

Considering technology is advancing at an exponential rate you could possibly go insane in 2119 (think of a Pilgrim appearing in our society for example).

Not a bad choice either way. Go back and you can work it for investment strategies and never work again. Go forward and you can bring back info for investing and sports betting and never work again.

How much money do you think you can make in a week in 1919 to invest? 2019 and take notes.

As someone who was alive in 1919, is it all it is cracked up to be?

Also congrats on your bank account probably being worth billions

Use your life savings to buy out the inventory of a rare currency dealer. Take it back to 1919. Invest. Pray there's no butterfly effect.

This is an interesting thought in itself right here. Most of the companies that we know to be hugely successful didn't exist 25 years ago much less a hundred years ago.

Exxon was Esso which came from standard oil etc etc

GM.... Ford....I guess Coca-Cola...

They both have their appeal. In 1919 you would have an advantage from knowing history. 2119 would be cool because a hellish dystopian landscape after world wars 3, 4 and 5 and the alien invasions might be entertaining.

Yeah I was thinking you take gold or silver. Sell that for currency. Invest as you see fit. And I’d probably go to a European market. Some old companies in London and Paris.

A lot of stuff went down in 1919! Eve of Prohibition.

Wiki 1919

I'll take my chances in 2119. Sex robots should be pretty nice by then.

If we can bring things back and forth with us, then I'm dressing up in Kevlar and robbing 1919 for a week.

Can you imagine the look on your face if you came up with some cash and bought a pound of gold @1500 an ounce, went back and then they offered you 300 for the POUND??

Lol. You'd scream, WTF, Dude?!
