awesome, shared on FB.

Bought dome little toys for Children's hospital. Will look into it more and get more.

There is a tax ID# so I want to use my business CC which isn't linked to my Amazon.

I just want to say that as a peds nurse we GREATLY appreciate toy donations for our patients. Some of the toys will be ones that stay in the playrooms for children to play with over and over. Some will be given to children at Christmas. Some will be stored away and given later to a child that has to spend their birthday in the hospital. Some will be given as prizes to a child for being brave after a painful procedure such as an IV start or lab work.

So please consider donating to the link in the OP or you can also call your local Children's hospital and inquire about donating there. Ask to speak with someone in their child life department and they can tell you what needs they have.

I will say this.....the two age groups that never seem to have enough donations are babies and teenagers. People usually want to donate more "fun" toys and those two age groups get overlooked. But babies need toys to play with to distract them in the hospital. And a teenager still gets scared and sad as well when having to spend a birthday in the hospital.

Nice. I love it when people call someone out for something that they have no control over.

Some of y'all had just shite all over this thread.

Tiger Fred, you need to step in and delete the BS in this thread.

Nurse, thanks for your input. Yes, I had seen first hand how kids eyes light up on Christmas morning in the hospital when they get a toy.

Amazon is a terrible company and I won't do anything affiliated with them, ever. Dealt with them before - in non customer role. Got so many lies and ridiculousness. That company cannot be trusted at all. So I made that comment. Wouldn't surprise me if they find a way to cheat these kids.

But then I read the rambling screed from that liberal hate monger and felt compelled to comment on that stuff too. I'm sure 75% of the people on this board do more for charity than that loser. But, by god, he screams the loudest so he must be a swell guy (according to him at least).

It's Christmas, I'm feeling generous.
