Her imagination. There is no actual law mandating mask wearing. Private businesses can deny you service but there is no actual law, just an executive proclamation from a power drunk mayor who owes six figures to the IRS.

I agree frick her. However I know quite a few people that have been coming in to visit and hang out downtown. With and without full families with kids and such.
I know we have a couple dozen friends coming in this weekend for dinner, watch football and hang out. Gonna hit some outdoor beer gardens and a brewery or 2. Then dinner Sunday night in the Quarter.
