had the tips in a softball league. they are not a joke.
i played either SS or 2B typically.
got to the point i could hit our 1B to save my life.
didn’t matter what i tried. had to move to OF, and they disappeared.
moved back to middle infield about a year and a half later and they never resurfaced.

I had a bad case of the yips with my 1st serve this past spring. Probably only made 20% of my 1st serves all season. Took 2 weeks off playing then only tried 2nd serves for 2 weeks. When I tried again, my 1st serve was back. It’s all mental.
