Well I disagree with that. There are certainly valuable rolls women can and do serve in the military and I can say that with confidence but serving on or commanding a combat vessel is not one of them. Serving in any combat role or function should be limited to male service members only again and forever.

You're not the only one, brother. And I was in the Corps for six years, and I worked with more than few senior Marines that I would follow through Hell if they asked...or didn't even ask and just headed in that direction. All of them "had seen the elephant," and none of them were women. I am not saying that women cannot make good military leaders, but those few that I saw in the Marines were completely worthless.

Hospital Corp, Most women have a nurturing instinct that men can not duplicate and that is invaluable in a hospital recovery setting.
Administration and supply chain. Most women are far superior in organization's skills than men in setting other than personal matters. (i.e. when it counts they are on top of it. even though their cars, bedrooms and bathrooms look like a hurricane went through them.) lol
