No, you made what read as a general statement, so everyone likely read it as you wrote it. You are asking the reader to make the leap/assumption that you knew him. He responded to the statement as you crafted it.
You did NOT make it clear in your very next post. Even in the post where you did make it clear you knew him you still force the reader to make assumptions to get to your point.
You simply did not make a coherent statement early on and the piecemeal argument was ambiguous. This is common on forums, we all do it, however without making your point clear you have no ground to pick apart someone else's argument because they arguing based on what you wrote versus what you had in your head.
I believe it is now somewhat clear what you mean but you seem to be still vacillating between person specific and general arguments.

I honestly think this was an inside job. Chris Kyle is an American hero, yet was sort of becoming a loose cannon with his mouth. Think this was 100% carried out by the government.
