There was a fellow student in college in 2017 that was in a wheel chair from polis because “his motherf’ing hippie parents didn’t believe in vaccine”
This didn’t happen

About a decade ago I lived across the street from an old woman who had a mild case when she was a child but it came back when she was old and knocked her on her arse.
I didn't know Polio could "rebound" like chickenpox/shingles.
It was weird having a neighbor struggle with polio in the 21st century.

How about “ Big Pharma skeptic”?
How about “I have zero knowledge regarding vaccines but I’m an ego maniac, delusional idiot convinced I know more about vaccines and medicines than those much more educated and have spent entire careers researching vaccines”?

Guard that palace . Lick that boot. Fall in line. Big Pharma wouldn’t lie to you. Nor your government. I promise. Trust me.
FIFY. It’s less hysterical now;
How about “I have average knowledge regarding vaccines but I can talk to my physician and read the data and make an informed decision based on my own personal risk benefits analysis, keeping in mind that a gigantic industry has a strong profit motive to sell me the latest product and highly credentialed medical professionals will fall into line for motives of their own.

Someone skipped his meds.

Either vaccines must be relatively safe or there hasn’t been a rational scientific basis to show that they’re harmful, because otherwise mass tort lawyers would’ve had a field day with lawsuits by now.

This isnt true. 10 kids died because the vaccine gave them polio. Its called the Cutter incidennt
quote:
In April 1955, kids were given the vaccine and within a month the first mass vaccination program against polio had to be abandoned.
Subsequent investigations revealed that the vaccine, manufactured by the California-based family firm of Cutter Laboratories, had caused 40 000 cases of polio, leaving 200 children with paralysis and killing 10.
But it was touted as being safe and effective
Sound familiar?

Why does it have to be all or none all the time.

I mean those numbers are pretty fricking low
Keep in mind that was one low population state and doesn't mention the large numbers that survived but with permanent disabilities.

...and the Polio Vaccine was a real vaccine that worked.
His validation (USAID funded) is about to dry up. Probably not payments for a worker ant, but all of the well-funded echo-chamber support structure is melting.

I can’t believe this is even being debated. And I’m someone who’s been very critical of the efficacy of the COVID vaccines.
Prior to the early polio vaccines, polio was a much feared disease. My mom was terrified of getting polio as a child. There were children who suffered with lifelong paralysis and an unfortunate minority who had to spend time in an iron lung because they could no longer expand their diaphragm to breathe.
How is this even questionable?

I'm old enough to remember seeing a smallpox vaccine scar on everyone's arm. The scar has vanished
We all lined up for the Polio sugar cube as well and years later, I reluctantly, I took the covid jab
Perhaps my grandchildren will look at my life and blame the vaccines for whatever disfunctions they see.

How many people that contracted polis and did not die end up with disabilities.
Mitch McConnell's mother took him back and forth to Warm Springs, Georgia (same place Roosevelt went) after he contracted polio. If she hadn't, he likely wouldn't have regained a large part of the function in his legs. He's had life long issues with his left leg from the disease.

Quit being an ignorant twat.
Can you hold these two thoughts in your head at the same time?
1). There are a number of vaccines that have been enormously beneficial to mankind.
2). Pharma companies control the approval process and have pushed out numerous vaccines and other drugs that may have long term side effects that need to be disclosed to the American people.
