This is so horribly sad. Government overreach will have generational damage done to our economy. Children will go hungry, budget deficits will skyrocket, taxes will explode to cover them, then more people will not be able to make their bills.

All of this is true. We would have been significantly better off just letting the damn virus run its course.

Karen with her safe government job was going to have none of that nonsense.

Her feelings of safety are far, far more important than what this has been doing to the majority of the population.

I would assume that any business that has lease that is over would shutdown. Let the landlord take that hit. Unfortunately, most won't come back.

My job loss sure as hell feels permanent. Still no luck finding a career 5 months out. I don’t understand how so many people are still buying houses, vehicles and such.

My family’s business is still shutdown waiting for the moron in charge to allow opening.

Most states are helping their residents with unemployment. Texas increased everyone’s weekly amount, West Virginia is giving an extra $100 a week, etc.

What’s Louisiana doing? JBE is threatening to lower everyone’s already paltry weekly benefits by $26 a week (max is $222 a week as it’s taxed) and threatening up to 30% tax increase on businesses. Frick him and his socialist regime.

Those talking points don’t cut it this time, comrade. We are apparently too rich to qualify for any breaks or stimulus while we bring home almost nothing after giving everything to keep our employees working.

For not wearing masks? I see more people ignoring the order in some places now than I did a few months ago

We have to wear them in the building but not in office. Hes seriously angry if someone sticks their head outside their office/cube without one.

They won’t even cut the sign language people even though every TV has closed captions.

You are really a dumb frick. The little guys are going out of business b/c the progressive (democrat) mayors/governors are keeping the economies closed in order to blame Trump. Trump's only fault is the shitty Coronavirus Task Force and its ridiculous recommendations that allow these authoritarian fricks to lay the blame. "Rich" don't pay income taxes you fricking idiot.
