This is likely a troll, or flat out lie.
But if true, imagine being the type of person to withhold candy from a 5 year old child because of a fricking wristband.

Man, I’m not reading all that shite but you are correct. Halloween is going to be stolen from children today, specifically all the Reese’s. I call it the parent tax.

I'm sorry but this is stupid. Parents have always took their kids to other neighborhoods to trick or treat. That is not some new phenomenon. It's not fun at all trick or treating in a neighborhood when you're and your brother are the only kids and there's like 2 houses with candy.
Now if the kid defaces your property or is disrespectful, then sure, don't give them candy. But to withhold candy from a child simply because they don't live on your street is pretty shitty imo.

Hilarious! You type this same old shite out every year.

We stuck to our neighborhood and walked the streets. Whoever was the adult chaperoning us stood by the street while we went up to the house. How this formula doesn't work for most places is beyond me. I don't mind kids coming from bad neighborhoods to have fun as long as they act like they were raised with some sense

That is sad, all little kids get treats at my house.

My neighborhood holds tricker treating on another night to keep the riff raff out. We blockade our neighborhood entrance on Halloween and put up bilingual “keep out” signs.
