Kids are basically grown so I dont have to do that anymore. I kinda miss it at times and others I dont.

My Christmas nightmare was putting a trampoline together at about 2am in the pouring 37 deg rain.. Not something I would do again

That looks good Pioneer!

I am not assembling anything.

My kids are old enough to just want cash. Going to be a fun year with just eating and celebrating with the family.

I assembled some hot chocolate that we devoured with the kids while watching The Polar Express. I also finished assembling some home made pizza dough for lunch tomorrow. My 3 year old sat on Santa's lap and asked for pizza this year.

I did one similar to that one this weekend for my son. He wasn’t supposed to see it until Christmas Day but alas he saw it Saturday oh well. He is in love with it.

Same here. Except for the kinda miss it part. I’m on my second bourbon. Wife is getting the middle child to sleep. I’ve got a big box of gifts already wrapped to carry up. Then hopefully unwrap the wife.

Put together a baby doll bed. Took 5 minutes and I’m done.

Finished a mini foosball table and tricycle about an hour ago, wouldn’t have been too bad if we hadn’t put the first row on backwards and then had to redo it

this during the summer this year. Took two days.....full days. Stay away from these.

Got one similar

I paid some company like $150 to do it. Easily the best $ ever spent.

They did it in like two hours

Clock me at 2.5 hours for the basketball goal. And of course 2 screws were missing. Definitely could have used a second person when attaching the backboard. Santa duties are done.

Merry Christmas OT.

I finished trampoline around 6 pm. Wife calls me at 6:30 pm says she is on her way home from her sisters and that her parents are following her to come spend the night with us. Most inconsiderate in laws. They’ll stick around for their free lunch at my side of the families gathering tomorrow too before heading out.

My parents got my daughter a swing set for Christmas. Looks like Santa has to get his fat white butt outside and spend the day putting it together.
