I enjoy having an excuse not to shake hands and plan to continue this practice. I really don't like people and this whole social distancing craze is right down my alley. I wish it could be permanent.

I don’t mind shaking certain people’s hands or giving hugs or kisses to certain people, but I agree, I’m liking this social distancing. I hate people getting all up in my personal space and sitting close to people in restaurants or bars.

This social distancing gives me an excuse to cherry pick who I want to get close to or not.

What a stupid fricking post. I didn’t quit shaking hands out of fear. I did it out of respect for others because nobody knew what the frick was going on.

Shook two this week. First one felt a little weird and I went in a lil awkward. Today’s was rock solid.

I’m back baby

First weekend in May, is and six other couples got together for a crawfish boil and we hugged and shake hands.
Still shaking hands with close friends and family, but elbow bumping those I don’t know well.

I don’t really care. Guy showed up to wash my car this morning and without thinking, I shook his hand

Spent the last week at home including going to a few services in the church I grew up in (18 years). Shook more hands and gave more hugs then I have in a year.

Yes, the traditional greeting of having my fingers give someone else’s fingers a little hug is for MEN ONLY!

In fact, there are entire parts of the world, which incidentally has had fewer COVID-19 problems (Korea, Japan, Taiwan, etc.) where handshakes are not the norm, man or woman.

Should we start bowing to each other because I'm not comfortable with that.

Never quit. My dad instilled in me to never refuse a man's hand when he puts it out there
