I'm curious as to what your friend says about your behavior. Why didn't he notice anything and prevent you from going to another bar or having more to drink? Did he bring you home or make sure you got home safely?

At an earlier darker shittier point in my life I knew a guy high up in the Banditos. What was supposed to be me going to pick up some weed for Super Bowl weekend turned out to be 5 days of my life I don't remember except vivid flashes. We had a few beers and he put together what I needed. He made moonshine so I always checked out what he had supply of. I notice A small Mason Jar not like the others. I pick the Jar out of curiosity and it revealed to be a Jar slap full of Xanax bars. He tells me to grab a couple.... he grabs 2 and chugs a Budweiser. I follow his lead. I remember through the night eating one hear an there.... I arrived at his house in a Friday evening around 5pm in DeQuincy, La and came to parked under the Intracoastal Bridge in Port Allen, La on a Tuesday morning around 10am, $1,500 poorer and 3 traffic tickets all in the same day, 2 within an hour of each other for speeding and 1 for Recless Operation for almost running into the back of a Scott, La police SUV on I-10 (I remember this ticket because I remember telling him I've been driving after working long hours and was fighting not falling asleep and he wrote me the ticket and followed me to a truck stop to get some rest in my truck). I talked to the guy and he said counting the 2 that I took with the beer, that he gave me 20 bars and said he seen me eat 3-5 that night at his place and I did not have any left when I woke up on Tuesday and missed 2 days of work with no call in. Apparently I threw a $500 BBQ, went Horseback Trail Riding for a benefit, and bought a pool hall several rounds of food and drinks.

I have drank 8 bud heavies and to a xanax... just helped me sleep better... never blacked out.

So not the same situation at all as taking Xanax and continuing to stay up and drink, which is when the blackouts happen

I had a buddy flip out on Xanax in college and it scared me from ever touching the stuff.

He was crying hysterically and throwing punches at a group of us over some allegedly stolen french fries. We beat his arse to a fricking pulp after awhile.

It's also not as much as the drinks that cause the blacking out as much as the amount of xanax he took. You people who call bullshite, pop enough Xanax to equal around 3 full bars and have a couple drinks.... then if your still not convinced, eat a few more then get back to me and tell me on how your day went.

2 or 3 whiskeys and 0.5mg Xanax before I fly... never had an issue, other than making me sleepy as hell. Only time I take that shite... I don't get taking it recreationally at all.

I've passed out plenty of times drinking but didn't ever drink and try to stay awake. That's all I can explain. I was trying to ask a lot of these same questions to my doc and she said to stop trying to put logic around it and that it was definitely a blackout. With my XR dose, I keep a high amount of Xanax in my system and for whatever reason, this time triggered me. I really didn't drink that much but I've never flipped out like that before. I mean, I was running out of the bar screaming. My friend said that I seemed fine and then disappeared.
